The NC grinder is a machine processing metal and ceramics using a grinding
wheel. Our operation uses various kind of NC grinders as per the materials,
shape and size. We take the best choice of the grinding wheel shape, rotary
speed and perform the setting of grind conditions theoretically.
The CNC grinder is used on the following use.
-Automation of the grinding wheel dressing
-Mold grinding wheel side and process total form
Mold a grinding wheel with a dresser precisely, and used for the processing
of the die including the sulcular processing.
We can do various processing by changing a grinding wheel depending on processing.
